Error


If Pick List data becomes corrupted/incomplete then the Syteline integration to PaceJet may fail.

The integration may not have all the data necessary to create the shipment records.

Pacejet Behavior


The Pick Confirm utility loops through all Pick Maintenance records in a status of Picked and then creates the shipment master records for them.

Open up Pick Maintenance Form and filter on a status of Picked to view the records to be processed.  


For Example:



In cases where the Order and Pick List data is corrupted, PaceJet shall fail to collect the data to send forward for shipping, a workaround fix is to remove that invalid picklist through standard CSI/SyteLine functionality (like unpicking) or change the status of the pick list to Open (out of scope for pacejet).  The pick list status can be changed back to picked to triage the data issue.


Run run the Pacejet Process Pick Confirmation utility manually (or wait for the background queue to run) and the utility should pick up all the records and create their shipment masters and send them to Pacejet.


The background task name is SSSPJPPSPickConfirmed and once it runs, check background task history to verify that it succeeded.  Once done, there should be no records left in Pick Maintenance in Picked Status.
