When a component of the Solidworks application is corrupted, moved or unregistered the Document Manager may become invaid.
This error message is typically the result of having missing or improperly configured files.
Example:
STEPS TO REPAIR
Go to Windows Settings and select Apps
Locate the Solidworks App and select the Modify option
From the Solidworks installer, select the Repair your installation option
Administrative access to your computer may be required to complete the installation.
