Periodically you may want to, or be required to, update your User Account Password to access INFOR Syteline CSI.
Follow these steps if you know your current password and need to change it:
- Login to Syteline CSI using your current login information

OPEN the USER INFORMATION FORM
When opened, the form shall populate with data from your account.
- Using the form fields, Enter the three password fields:
- your OLD (current) Password
- your User (NEW) password
- your Confirm (NEW) password
- Click the OK button to save the change
Submit a Help Desk Ticket if you DO NOT know your current password and need to change it. The Help Desk will update your current CSI password, provide the temporary password to you, and then you can follow the steps above to change your current password.
NOTE:
Currently, CSI Passwords are managed independently from your Randolph Work Account (Microsoft 365 Account). These passwords are NOT the same unless you manually set them to the same values. If you manually set your CSI password to match your current Work Account password, you will be able to use the "Use Workstation Login" feature during login. Simply click the checkbox during login and your windows login (Work Account) information will be passed to CSI, enabling a quick login process experience.
