Shared printers installed at the Randolph factory and offices are made available to all Randolph users on the company network.

These printers are configured for access anywhere via the Microsoft cloud.


WARNING: Use caution when printing to a shared printer, so that documents are not sent to print where you cannot collect the output and protect the information printed. Remote users should NOT set a shared printer as their default printing device.



Steps to Add a Shared Office Printer to your Windows Computer


  • Launch Windows Settings
  • Select Devices
  • Select Printers & Scanners
  • Select + Add a Printer or Scanner
  • Select Search Universal Print for printers



Click on Search for a list of available printers.


Simply select the printer from the list and then select install.


Note that printers which are Cloud-based and accessible from anywhere shall be shown with a cloud printer icon.
