Their are several mail client apps that can be used on Mobile devices. We recommend using the Outlook app for iOS.

Outlook for Android or iOS


Follow these steps to add Microsoft 365 as an email account on your iPhone.


  1. Open your iPhone or iPad's Settings.

    Tap Mail > Accounts. (Depending on your iOS version, you might need to tap Passwords & Accounts.)


  2. Tap Add Account



  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange.

    Tap Microsoft Exchange from the menu
  4. Enter your Email and a short Description, and then tap Next.
    Suggestion for description, simply use: Randolph

    Enter email, company description, and tap Next
  5. Tap Sign In to confirm you want to use your Microsoft Exchange account.

    Tap Sign In to sign in to your Exchange account
  6. Enter your Password and tap Sign In.
    (If prompted, choose your account type as a Work or School to continue.)

    Enter password and tap Sign In
  7. If your admin enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA),
    verify your account or set up the Authenticator app.
    We suggest you use SMS (texting) to your mobile phone number as an MFA method. 
  8.  Note: If Microsoft can't find your account, you might be asked to enter your details manually:

    Email: Your Microsoft 365 email address
    Password: Your Microsoft 365 email password
    Server: outlook.office365.com (this is required)
    Domain: This can be left empty
    Username: Your Microsoft 365 email address

  9. Tap Next. You might be asked to select Consent on behalf of your organization.
    This allows Microsoft 365 and your Mail app to work together.
    Tap Accept.
  10. Tap Save. You can come back and update settings here at any point.
    Toggle ON the email services you want synchronized from your account.

    Review settings and tap save
  11. You should now have your Microsoft 365 account under Accounts.
    (It shall appear as the account description you provided earlier)

Note that you may need to add or enable your new account in your MAIL client app
to work with your email. Follow the instructions within your mail app.
