You must be granted privilege to SEND AS from an email address which is registered with eFax® as a valid send address.
Contact your department manager to request this service for you if this is a required function in your role.
- Using Outlook, create a new email message
- In the To: field, enter the recipient's Fax Number followed by @efaxsend.com
For example:
To send to the US fax number +1 323 555 1234, enter [email protected]
where 1 equals the Country Code, 323 the Area Code, and 5551234 equals the fax number.

Attach the file(s) you would like to send to your outgoing email message (maximum of 10)
- The body of the email works as your cover page;
to include a cover page, type the text in the body of the email message
- In the From: field, enter [email protected]
or another authorized send as email account granted to you
NOTE:
To use the send as feature in Outlook, in the email message window go to the Options menu,
then click the From button -- to enable the from selection drop down within the email header.
You will need to type in the sending address (assigned to you), in this case: [email protected]
- Click Send, to send out your email (as fax)
