You must be granted privilege to SEND AS from an email address which is registered with eFax® as a valid send address.
Contact your department manager to request this service for you if this is a required function in your role. 


  1.  Using Outlook, create a new email message

  2.  In the To: field, enter the recipient's Fax Number followed by @efaxsend.com

    For example:
    To send to the US fax number +1 323 555 1234, enter [email protected]
    where 1 equals the Country Code, 323 the Area Code, and 5551234 equals the fax number.

  3. Attach the file(s) you would like to send to your outgoing email message (maximum of 10)

  4. The body of the email works as your cover page;
    to include a cover page, type the text in the body of the email message

  5. In the From: field, enter [email protected]
    or another authorized send as email account granted to you

    NOTE:
    To use the send as feature in Outlook, in the email message window go to the Options menu,
    then click the From button -- to enable the from selection drop down within the email header.

    You will need to type in the sending address (assigned to you), in this case: [email protected] 

  6. Click Send, to send out your email (as fax)
