You can check your voicemail while away from the office and your office phone by following these steps:
- Call into the Randolph phone system using the main phone number: +1 (781) 961-6070
- Once connected, when the company greeting message starts, enter extension: 102
- Once transferred, when the voicemail system prompts, enter your extension: ###
- You will then be asked to enter your password for your extension: ####
If you do not know the password for your extension, want the password reset, or have any other issues accessing you voicemail,
please submit a service request to the IT Help Desk for assistance.
