To setup your greeting, press the voicemail button on your phone.
Select the Call VM option at the lower left hand corner of the display on your phone.
You will be prompted for your password.
Type your password and then press the # key on your phone and then press the 7 button when prompted.
At this point, simply follow the prompts to setup your greeting message.
