How to update your FortiClient to authenticate with your Microsoft 365 Work Account


  1. Open the FortiClient App
  2. Click the three horizontal lines (menu icon) to the right of VPN Name



  3. Click Edit the selected connection
  4. Check the box to “Enable Single Sign On (SSO) for VPN Tunnel”
  5. Click Save




  6. Click the SAML Login button below the VPN connection




  7. Enter your email and password when prompted

  8. SSO Security is Enabled, so you will be prompted for MFA verification
